Designed and manufactured by HUFFYDAVIDSON in the United States, this CDI will blow the stock China lack of spark box off the road. A spark that is actually visibly brighter and larger, but will initiate and sustain in more rigorous compression conditions. Advances timing off idle to just the right amount and will still be there at RPM's well above what these engines will sustain. Works with stock , but designed for modified engines and really help with engines that have an improved head, expansion chamber, with the air/fuel dialed in.

This is the first ever unit that allows for an ignition key! Just like your car, your motorized bike can't start without the key!

The stock CDI is an "all in one unit", with a low power AC pulsed signal coming in from the engine magneto and the output a simple pulse of higher voltage - and frankly the unit is compact and does work. The compact nature should not limit consistency of spark, this is mainly due to the lowest cost components in the stock CDI. Size can limit the power (voltage and current) of the output coil. With our CDI these two limiting factors are overcome. First only select high reliability components are specified and used. Second, we use a stand alone coil so power is not limited by size.
